1. Program Overview
The 7awel Pre-Launch Referral Program ("Program") allows participants to earn rewards by referring new users to 7awel. This Program is operated by 7awel and is subject to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
To participate in this Program, you must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Have a valid European phone number
- Have a valid email address
- Agree to these Terms & Conditions
- Provide GDPR consent for data processing
3. Rewards
3.1 Early Access
The first 1,000 eligible participants to register will receive early access to the 7awel platform.
3.2 Free Transfer Fees
The top 4 referrers in each of the following buckets will receive up to $500/month in free transfer fees for 12 months:
- France (FR)
- Germany (DE)
- Sweden (SE)
- Netherlands (NL)
- Belgium (BE)
- Austria (AT)
- Other European Countries (consolidated bucket)
Participants who rank in the global top 10 are excluded from country bucket prizes and receive the $200 Syria Coupon instead.
3.3 $200 Syria Coupon
The top 10 referrers globally will receive a $200 credit for transferring money to family in Syria.
4. Non-Contractual Nature
These rewards are promotional and non-contractual. 7awel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this Program at any time for any reason without prior notice or obligation to provide justification.
5. Minimum Participation Threshold
Rewards will only be distributed if the Program reaches at least 3,000 eligible participants by the program end date. If this threshold is not met, 7awel is under no obligation to distribute any rewards.
6. Free Transfer Quota Details
Winners of free transfer fees will receive up to $500/month in covered transfer fees for 12 consecutive months.
Example: If you transfer $800 in a month and the transfer fee is typically 1%, the fee would be $8. With the $5/month quota ($500/month × 1%), the first $500 is covered. You would pay $3 for the remaining $300.
Any usage exceeding the monthly quota is the responsibility of the participant.
7. Verification & Fraud Prevention
7awel reserves the right to verify eligibility and investigate suspected fraud. Participants found to be engaging in fraudulent activities (including but not limited to: fake accounts, automated signups, or self-referrals) will be disqualified and may be permanently banned from using 7awel services.
8. Data Privacy
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations.
9. Changes to Terms
7awel may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
